This Past Weekend in VA & MD
Wed., Jun. 15. 2011 6:26pm EDT
We had to get two-tired before we could really play our concerts this past weekend in Colonial Beach VA and Salisbury MD. Yes, we blew another bus tire in Fredericksburg VA -- about an hour from the venue -- on Friday, and it took almost four hours to get everything fixed. While the repairman was there, we had him replace an additional tire on the same axle that looked like it was in poor health.
The good news is that we've been replacing the tires with brand new ones, so sooner or later, we'll have a complete new set of tires. :)
Here are some email excerpts from our concert promoters:I have had several people asking if you liked our venue enough to ever try again ... I said I would ask :)

You are most welcome. It was great to be of service to you and your work. Personally, your music has helped me maintain my focus on God when my person was inclined to do otherwise.
I'm going to tell you that it is beautiful to see people worshiping God with hands raised. I was watching those people from the balcony, and when they
caught the words, their hands went up. One of those guys is a deacon, he called me yesterday and thanked me for bringing you guys to the church. Special thanks to:
Our concert coordinators: Karyn & Bill Thompson (Colonial Beach) and Dan Peters (Salisbury)
Our merchandise coordinators: Sarah and Janna (Colonial Beach and Salisbury) and Julie (Saiisbury)
Our roadies: Ethanevan, Chip, Sarah, and Janna
Our bus driver: Super Dave Johnson
Our opening act: 3D Salvation, featuring Jeremy David Dean, David Aaron Raehn, and David Deegan (Colonial Beach).
