Last Weekend in IN & MO
Wed., May. 23. 2012 12:59pm EDT
We felt like Lewis and Clark this past weekend, playing concerts in the Gateway to the West and the Crossroads of America ... but we actually were headed in the opposite direction.
Lewis and Clark started in Saint Louis MO and headed west, whereas we played Friday night in Saint Louis and headed east, playing Evansville IN on Saturday, and driving home 500 miles to Pittsburgh, which was also called the Gateway to the West before Saint Louis took the title.
That's not the only title Saint Louis has that Pittsburgh used to have, of course. The Cardinals won the World Series last year; the Pirates haven't won the World Series since 1979 and haven't had a winning season since 1992!
Here are some Facebook excerpts from fans in attendance:So thankful Frank and I could be there for the St. Louis concert! It was definitely worth the trip. Thank you all for a wonderful concert and incredible memories! The Have Bible Will Travel hosts were a joy to be around. You guys are awesome! No, really, awesome!
Jeanne Marcello
Great song selection Friday night.

Really enjoyed the concert. I was the tall, goofy guy in the second row with the big smile on his face.
Editor's note: We thought the tall, goofy guy with the big smile on his face was in the center of the stage. :) Special thanks to:
Our concert promoters: Mark Gray (Saint Louis) and Pastor Dan and Sally Sigler (Evansville)
Our merchandise coordinators: Barb and Roberta (Saint Louis) and Vicki and Carol (Evansville)
Honorable mention to: Frank and Jeanne Marcello, who traveled all the way from Michigan to celebrate Jeanne's birthday at our show in Saint Louis.
