Amazing Terry Bradshaw Football Card Testimony

I got the neatest gift from an ApX fan this week. Knowing that I'm a lifelong Steelers fan, he sent me the rookie football cards of three star players on their 70's Super Bowl Teams, each encased in its own hard-plastic collector's shell.
All three were very special, but the one that caught my eye was a 1971 Terry Bradshaw rookie card. From what I've read, it's one of the most-valuable football cards there is, depending on condition.
I'm stunned that he gave me such a collectible card, but I'm even more stunned because he didn't know the personal value of that card to me, which has nothing to do with money. There was no other card he could have given me that would have meant more to me.
You see, I owned that card back in 1971. It was among the first football cards I ever bought, and the one I prized the most. But it fell into a three-foot-deep, super-narrow crevice in a special brick-and-wood enclosure my dad had built for our television set.
I spent years trying to figure out how to retrieve it, but that was impossible without demolishing my dad's handiwork, so when our house was sold in 1987, the card was lost to me forever. By that time I'd sold my card collection, but it remained "the one that got away."
In fact, just last month, I was telling both my wife and one of my childhood friends about that card. Then, on Wednesday, I opened that box, and there it was. It felt like God was restoring a lost part of my childhood.
Even though I don't collect cards anymore, God knew what the card meant to me, and He inspired somebody to give it to me. And if that weren't enough, He inspired that same person to do something else, which I'll tell you about in the story right below this preamble.
