More from Missouri's Second-Hand Scene

Two weeks ago, we wrote an article that mentioned the slim pickings available when we toured the second-hand stores of Bolivar MO. This was by no means an indictment of all the second-hand stores of Missouri. But check out this email from Susie Diamond in Stockton MO:
"Hi, I just read one of your resent e-mails, and I'd just like to say you shouldn't diss thrift stores. I heard you guys for the first time on Spirit FM (in Camdenton MO), and was too broke to order your CDs. I was at a local used christian book store and searching the CDs for you guys, but didn't find anything, so I went to tapes. And to my great joy, I found "Radical History Tour"!!!
"So, of course, I listened to it a ton. And let me just say in spite of its age compared to my age, I think it just might still be one of my favorite CDs (or tapes) of you guys'. I now have all your CDs, and I and my family enjoy them often. I think my mom (who doesn't like rock!!)'s fav song is 'Learn Some Deuteronomy.'"
