Clues for Our Third Single of 2020
Fri., Feb. 7. 2020 9:04am EST
We plan to release our third single of 2020 by the end of this weekend, Lord willing. Here are are your clues.
Think you know the artists we're spoofing? Then we challenge you to find all 18 references (nine per song) in the clues below:
SONG #1
One-world government? Antichrist? Armageddon? The news events of Revelation seem so far away to you and your friends. Why worry now? Well, even if kingdom come happens long after you're gone, where do you think you're going when you fade to black? You can't buy a ticket to Heaven yourself; you need Somebody Else to book your passage.
SONG #2
Emmanuel means "God with us," but some Christians in this changing world don't act like He's with them. Maybe you hear rumors of things they're doing; maybe their own words leave no doubt about it. Sure, everyone's a sinner, and you should give these a chance to get it right, but it may require a man-to-man talk. Sometimes it hurts to be a friend.
Once the new single is released, we'll announce it on our website and Facebook.
There are now 142 singles/EPs (291 songs) in our "downloads for a donation" series, including our previous single, "Bartholomew" and Apologetics," featuring parodies of Ozzy Osbourne and Badfinger.
