What are some resources to use for evolution vs. creation?

There are a lot of books out there presenting the Christian
response to evolution. If you do a word search at amazon.com or
christianbook.com, some of the authors you want to look for are Henry
Morris, John Morris, Ken Ham and Duane Gish.
