This Past Weekend in KY & NC
Mon., Apr. 26. 2010 11:18am EDT
Our concerts this past weekend took us to Pineville KY and Black Mountain NC. On the twisting mountain roads we travelled, it's best to go slow. Thankfully, our bus had no trouble doing that. :)
Along the way, we stopped in Asheville NC Saturday afternoon to record an interview and acoustic performances of "Rocky Start" and "I Made the Team" with radio personalities Steve & Wayne on WGNW 95.7 "Warrior Radio," Asheville's Christian Rock Station. Steve and Wayne then came to the concert and helped us load in and load out.
Here's what they had to say in an email afterward:We had a blast, and our kids were in heaven. I also want to mention that over the years I have met a number of Christian bands and have yet to meet a band as humble and down to earth as ApologetiX. I was telling Keith and Greg as we were wrapping things up last evening that it felt like we had made some new friends. I love that it's about "ministry" for you guys. That's where it's at for Wayne and I too.

Asheville NC Here's are some nice emails we received from our concert coordinators:Thanks for coming. Everybody is still talking about you.
Church went really well yesterday. I wanted to share with you some of the things that were said. This is coming from the "older generation" (of course I am NOT considering myself in that). They loved it. They want you to come back! People in there 70's and older stayed for the whole thing and absolutely loved it. My teenagers were still talking about it as well. So all in all, you were a big hit. May God continue to bless you and your ministry.
Pastor Mark Elkins
New Heights Church
Pineville KY
It was a pleasure working with you. Upon first glance at the event evaluations, you were a hit. Picking a band is always a difficult choice because it's immpossible to please everyone. It seems that choosing ApologetiX was a good move. Choicest blessings to you and the band!

Diocese of Charlotte NC
It was a pleasure to have you here with us (in Black Mountain NC). We very much enjoyed the concert. A lot more people were there in front of the stage than I thought would be. Once again, it was my utmost pleasure to help get you guys here.
Eric Paul Huber Here's some fan email we received afterward:I loved the show so much,. I tell you, I stayed up in the middle, right in the front of the stage because there was that godly glow I felt, I loved, and I cherished.
