Concert Openings for July & August

We're finalizing our summer tour, but we still have some slots to fill. If you can provide the right venue, we are willing to do the concert with no fee.
Here are the dates we're looking to fill, and where we'd like to be:
Sat., July 9 - Pennsylvania
Sat., July 16 - Ohio
Fri., Aug. 5 - Illinois, Indiana, or Missouri
Fri., Aug. 12 - Illinois, Indiana, or Missouri
We also have fall dates we would like to fill in the following states:
Alabama, Arizona, California, Delaware, Florida, Iowa, Louisiana, Montana, Nevada, New Hampshire, New Mexico, North Dakota, Oklahoma, Pennsylvania, Rhode Island, South Dakota, Tennessee, Texas, and Wyoming.
There would be no fee. You only have to provide hotel rooms.
You'd sell tickets locally, and we'd sell online. We'd get all tickets sales up to a certain amount. You'd get all ticket sales above that. If ticket sales do not meet the goal amount, you do not owe us anything extra, just the hotel rooms.
Plus you can sell your own refreshments, t-shirts, etc., if you wish to raise money for your church or ministry.
If the concert is within driving distance (approximately 1000 miles of Pittsburgh PA), we will provide the band, plus professional sound and lighting.
If we need to fly, we'd need you to provide the sound system and drums, but we'd purchase our own plane tickets as long as we could affordable airfare.
You need to be the chief decision maker at your venue or a person who can get permission quickly to use a venue, and you need to have a venue big enough to host a concert (ideally at least 250 seats) and provide access for our tour bus.
