This Past Weekend in UT, ID & CO
Tue., May. 3. 2011 5:02pm EDT

We had an attitude of altitude this weekend this past weekend in Salt Lake City UT, Idaho Falls ID, and Denver (Littleton) CO. It's obvious why each of those places is in the Mountain Time Zone, with their respective altitudes of 4320 feet, 4700 feet, and 5280 feet.

At the rate those altitudes were climbing each day, it's a good thing we stopped after Sunday; thinner air takes energy out of your body and notes off the top range of your voice. But the people and the scenery made it well worth our while.

Here are some nice email excerpts we received afterward from our concert coordinators:

You guys are such a blessing to us. You keep the gospel clear and the night fun. We have had a lot of bands over the years and less and less share the gospel, but you guys are aways consistent. You guys are loved a lot and we really do appreciate your ministry. Keep going for Jesus.

Pastor Terry Long
Calvary Chapel Salt Lake City
Salt Lake City UT

Great concert last night. Hope you guys are doing well.

Pastor Bob O'Fee

Here are some email and Facebook excerpts we received afterward from fans in attendance:

Went to the concert in Idaho Falls. It was incredible -- would go again. Must see! God does rock!

Paul Carter
Malad City ID

The concert was beyond words last night. Thank you, thank you, thank you for coming to ID. You were in a misson field. Not people trying to be Christian for show. You're around people who are on fire for Christ, who are persecuted for their faith on a daily basis - whether it be at the workplace or family or friends. Keep us in your prayers.

I grew up in Utah and was never presented the gospel until I left the state. My goal is to let every man, woman, and child i come in contact with hear about Jesus and the Bible. Then they can choose to make a choice. But I do not want anyone to be like me and not hear the truth until the age of 23. Your music gives us hope - a smile and a great way to help lead others to Christ. Have a Blessed day. You will be in my husband's and my prayers.

Irene Carter
Malad City ID

Thanks, guys, for coming back to CO! It was so neat to finally bring the kiddos. Hope to see you again soon. Sure do love you guys! What you do to spread the love of God is simply incredible. The world is blessed to have APX!

Kelly Burghart
La Salle CO
