APX Alumnus to Sit in at Friday's Show

ApologetiX alumnus drummer David McKee plans to join us onstage for a couple songs at Friday's concert in State College PA. We rarely get to see him ourselves, so if you attend, make sure you get one of the rarest of ApologetiX alumni autographs!
Our official drummer, Jimmy "Vegas" Tanner, will play the rest of the show. He and David have more than ApologetiX in common; they both also were drummers for the Christian progressive rock band Ten point Ten.
Although David only ever played two full concerts with ApologetiX (in the fall/winter of 1998), he played all the drum parts on our Jesus Christ Morningstar CD and is featured on the back of the CD case and in the CD booklet.
Believe it or not, David practiced with the band just once before recording Jesus Christ Morningstar! You can hear his voice shouting us in at the beginning of "Love & Kisses." He immediately charmed us with his sharp wit, his insistence on playing barefoot, and his penchant for filming himself in the studio and in concert.
David currently lives with his family in State College PA. Special thanks to Jimmy for graciously letting David sit in.
