Encouragement from Nebraska

Here's an encouraging email we received from a longtime fan in Nebraska after our recent appeal letter:As always, thank you for sharing of the needs for the band and for your family. Doing so is proof of your humility, your trust in the Lord, and your obedience to His word. There should never be any hesitance, embarrassment, shame, or apology needed for stepping out in faith this way as you do.
God provides for some through regular paychecks, windfalls, 401k accounts, bonuses, or wealthy parents. With others, He provides through faith, partnerships, requests, and prayers of urgency. His early disciples had little of the first and much of the second. Praise the Lord for those who are gifted with the ability to make money. Praise the Lord, also, for those who are gifted with the ability to make disciples and to strengthen His saints.
May the Lord allow each of us, regardless of our giftings, to work together with love, generous hearts, appreciation of one another's giftings, and tireless faith toward the salvation of others and to do so without fear, jealousy, criticism of one another, or apology for the low or high condition in which He has placed us.
Your ministries (home, church, band) are powerful and are reaping a great harvest and equipping others who also harvest. May the Lord strengthen you so that you can effectively and powerfully ignore the lies of the enemy and the criticism of those who do not understand how the Lord is currently leading you in your ministry. May He also bless your home with peace, joy, fun, and affection while blessing each of you with strength, courage, vision, hope, and power through His Spirit.
You are very good at what you do and even better at who you are. Blessings.
