Prayer Request for Fan's Two-Year-Old Son

We recently got this prayer request from Giuseppe Lucchese:

I met your band a few times as a kid when you played in Rockford IL. Still love your music. I have a terminally ill two-year-old son who has spent most of his life in the hospital. His name is Vincent and his story can be read here gofundme.com/helpingvincentlucchese I was wondering if he could have your bands' autograph. I want to show him that everyone is rooting for him."

We sent that an autographed CD to Giuseppe and Vincent, and Vincent responded and said: "Thank you. We got the CD today. We are so thankful. Can you share his story if that's OK?
