Major Festival Organizer Digs In

 If you've seen ApologetiX in Georgia, it might have been at the major festival, Four Nights in October. It's worth the drive and one of our favorite festivals. The organizer, John Paone was in Pittsburgh on business (When not promoting Four Nights, he's head of security for FedEX) and called Karl to take him to dinner and 'pick his brain' on some new ideas. He ended up finding out why "All the Stalls Stink!"
Well, dinner went a little long, but John had more questions, and evening feeding time on the Messner farm was fast approaching. So, John jumped in the car with Karl and continued the conversation all the way to the barn, where real work awaited them both. In piercing cold, John helped distribute hay, water and grain to the horses (include Reggie as pictured) and he learned first-hand what the funny shaped rake is for ;)
The ex-Green Beret dove right in and now has a good trade he can fall back on :D
Also, please pray for his brother Bruce in Cleveland. While here, John got some bad news on Bruce's health, and John is cutting short his stay, and driving to Cleveland Thursday 2/3/05 to be with Bruce and his family.
