ApologetiX Needs Help & Prayer Again

"Help!" The Beatles made a song, album, and movie out of that word. Sometimes it may feel like ApologetiX makes even more. Of course, the Beatles only lasted 10 years; we've lasted 25.
That was a joke, but this is serious.
When I first came to Christ, I felt compelled to give financial help to anyone who asked, including a number of dubious characters I met on the streets of Pittsburgh. My savings dwindled quickly.
One night a man in a suit asked if I could spare some money. I asked why he needed it. Almost annoyed, he asked, "Does it matter?" It DOES matter. Here's why we're asking for help this time:
Some of the reasons may sound familiar. The band has many bills that need paid (some already overdue) and is way behind on my paychecks, which means my family has overdue bills, too.
Another reason is our 25th anniversary show in two weeks. You might think it would be a cash cow, but putting on a show that size, with all the musicians and equipment, plus recording/filming it, is expensive.
Making it 25 years isn't a testimony to our perseverance; it's a testimony to God's provision. He provides the ideas and lyrics for the parodies, the talent and people to perform them, and the finances to pay for it.
