Last week's single, "Mr. Uzziah" and "Come On, I'll Lead," (parodies of ELO and Dexys Midnight Runners), has proven to be very popular with fans. Here's what they're saying:Love the new songs. So well done, great job all around. I've listened to them 21 times already. "ELO" could tap you for the tour, if Mr. Lynne was ever sick. Now on to some 2018 singles. I can't even keep track of all the songs anymore, but I'm always up for more!

I told my daughter you had released new parodies of "Mr. Blue Sky" and "Come On, Eileen" and she said, "NOW. I must hear them now!" Who am I to turn her down?

Just thought I'd drop you a quick note to tell you how we feel about these two new songs.
First of all, I have a new favorite ApologetiX song, "Mr Uzziah"! The melody is spot on; Rich did an awesome job! The lyrics are as inspired, thought provoking and witty as always! The vocals were perfect.
Secondly, Deanna has a new favorite ApologetiX song, "Come On I'll Lead"! She loved every bit of it, everything about it, and she even gushed a little bit! She is harder to please when it comes to parodies of secular songs that she used to love, a total perfectionist. Your parody impressed her a lot, and she is hard to impress!
Just when I think you guys have gotten as good as you can possibly get, out of nowhere you hit a grand slam!

"Walk of Life" is one of my favorite songs of all time, and you nailed it in the parody! Also, I was a fan of ELO. I love "Mr. Uzziah." I also love "Don't Bring Me Cows." Great music. Keep it up."

I just got the new single and I was blown away. On "Mr. Uzziah", you took what I imagine to be a very technically difficult song to recreate and made it sound just like the original. And you really nailed Kevin Rowland's voice on "Come on I'll Lead". Boy, that song brings back memories. Now I'll have better memories when I listen to it because I've got better lyrics.
Every time I get a favorite song, you guys come out with a new single, and I have a new favorite. Thanks for blessing all your fans with your music!

Wow! Those are really great! I wasn't expecting the turn you made at the end of "Mr. Uzziah"! I love the way you compare King Uzziah the leper to Christ the King who heals the lepers. It reminds me of the way you turn our attention from the kings list in "Good Guys Bad Guys" to the King of Kings, Jesus Christ. Keep pointing to Him! Your music is blessing and a great daily reminder of God's truth!

Great job on both of these, especially "Come On, I'll Lead." Such a fun song. And you were able to work in something about giants. Well done. :)
