New Video from ApX 25th Anniversary Show

As we've said before, ApologetiX doesn't release many official videos (there are hundreds of ApX videos on YouTube, but the vast majority were made by fans), but since we've got a captive audience these days, the time seems right for a new one: https://youtu.be/tIyj9wfcqSU
It's the official concert video for "On the Road, Away from Home" our parody of John Denver's "Take Me Home, Country Roads," recorded live at our 25th-anniversary show in August 2017 at New Community Church in Wexford PA. Fans from 30 states and two Canadian provinces were in attendance.
The song takes a humorous look at the Good Samaritan story and modernizes it within the confines of the Steelers/Browns football rivalry on a mountain road in — you guessed it — West Virginia, a state with a northern panhandle that just barely separates Western Pennsylvania and Eastern Ohio.
In addition to the usual ApX crew on stage, you'll see ApX alum drummer Bill "Moose" Rieger on acoustic guitar and occasional ApX guitarist Joltin' Joe Cataneo on electric guitar, with Elaine Heitzer and Chris VonBartheld on harmonies. The guy in the Cleveland garb is ApX fan Paul "Mr. Cleveland" Strelbicki. He volunteered for the job, but it was his first time hearing the song.
Special thanks to our videographer, Brent Urmey, for producing it. As always, he did a terrific job. Thanks also to our additional cameramen, Mike Tubbe and David Smith.
In case you missed our previous video from the 25th anniversary, "Bible O'Really," you can still watch it at: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=wqbEebqifuw.
