You Just Have to Push the Right Buttons

Whether you call them pins or buttons, the 25 buttons/pins we now offer through our website and at concerts have proven to be enormously popular. But here's the best story we've heard about them yet, from longtime ApologetiX fans and friends Curt and Nancy Sweitzer in York PA, who were in attendance at this past Friday's concert in Port Deposit MD:
Just wanted to let you know how effective your buttons have been in our ministry. Although we are clowns, ministry is still involved with church events and ministry outreaches. God has sent our ministry in a whole new direction, into secular events, charitable organizations and even into school events and even into school classrooms themselves.
As you can guess these are area's where the gospel is not a very welcome message and we are careful what we say and do, but that doesn't mean our costumes have to be silent. We have added your buttons along with other Christian objects designed to have people ask questions about them.
Objects like our Larry Boy figure and my Evangel Cube often are inquired about, but your buttons get the most response and questions. Such as "Who's Paul?", "Who are ApologetiX?", "Look Yourself what?", "Smooth Grandmama?" etc. These questions allow us to answer their questions, legally permitting us to tell bible stories and about your biblical parodies -- all in a public school setting.
Thought you would like to know, take care and God bless!
Curt & Nancy
