Build the Bus

Ok, we’re still not sure if we’re going to have a kitchen sink, but we’ve designed in the ability. The vast majority of eating on the road now is Subway, and salads from McD’s but in the bus it will be fresh food from home! cooked in our new microwave/Convection oven. We shopped and shopped and found the best for the best price. We also bought the fridge but with Karl’s truck in Georgia, and not having the 10 guys it’ll take to get it through window, we left it at merch pickup at Sears. Hopefully we’ll find a way to get it tomorrow.

The design of the “Galley” was anguished over. There’s not a lot of room to build everything you’d want, and we’re not camping in this, and we’re not making thanksgiving dinner. We just need to NOT HAVE TO STOP at 6 drive-thrus and 3 convenience stores every three days as has been the case. I love my veggie subs and fish sandwiches, but it’s going to be awesome to be able to eat healthy on the road. I can’t even believe I can say that!

The work has caught up with the funds raised, and we’re running out of budget! Please help Build the Bus.
