Mississippi Man Announces ApX Plan

Here's a massively encouraging missive from Mississippi that we received earlier this week. The sender gave us permission to share it with you:I used to work at the local Christian Radio station that was called Alive 93.5. It was a radio station located on the campus of Mississippi College in Clinton MS, but it was the only Contemporary Christian radio station for the whole Jackson area so for me it was a big deal to work there because I've always listened to nothing but Christian music.
One time they sent me to get the mail from the college's post office and I saw your Biblical Graffiti CD along with about 15 other new Christian artists that were trying to get their music played on our station. As soon as I saw the songs that you were parodying (is that a word?) I knew I had to listen. After listening I wanted to hear more and I've been a fan ever since. I loved playing your songs on the radio.
I'm excited to tell you my plans for this year. I want to listen to every CD you've made in order (starting with the first cassette/CD, Isn't Wasn't Ain't to the last CD, Xit Ego Lopa)! I'm not sure how long it will take because I'll be accomplishing this goal while driving to and from work, doing chores around the house, and listening to some of them while at work.
I've already listened all the way through to Isn't Wasn't Ain't and Radical History Tour so now I'm listening to Ticked. It feels like some of these songs I'm hearing for the first time because it's been so long since I've listened to them. I feel like I'm listening to the best and most fun Bible lesson.
This has already been so entertaining and I'm not sure why I didn't think of this sooner, but I'm really looking forward to listening to all 38 (so far) CDs. I'm not counting the Classics since they will just be songs I've already heard but I am counting Chosen Ones, New & Used Hits, and Hits: The Road, since they do have some new stuff on them or they are live/better versions.
I'm sure before I get to CD #38, there will be a 39th or maybe even a 40th CD (depending on how long I take) and I'm so grateful to the band for continuing this ministry! I wish I could donate more often but I will definitely keep you in my prayers and buy any new CDs that you make. I hope this encourages you (in some small way) to keep on keeping on! God Bless!
