Happy Birthday, Jimmy "Vegas" Tanner!

Happy birthday to ApologetiX drummer and recording engineer Jimmy "Vegas" Tanner, who celebrated his big day in a socially distant way on Thursday, April 2. Here are some fun facts that show what an institution the man is:
When Jimmy joined us in the fall of 2005, he became our seventh official drummer and the 10th person to play drums for multiple concerts and/or multiple songs on a CD. He has now played for us longer than the other nine drummers COMBINED!
He also played on 47 of our 58 CDs! Furthermore, since taking over as our recording engineer in the fall of 2012, he has already helped produce 26 of those CDs!
Although we haven't been touring in recent years, Jimmy has played 709 concerts with us in 49 states (unfortunately, we haven't been back to Hawaii since 2002, or he'd have that one, too).
In the midst of the COVID-19 quarantine, Jimmy continues to crank out drum tracks for us in his home studio so we'll be able to hit the ground running once we're able to record vocals in studio again. Thanks for everything, Jimmy!
