Hurricane Relief News from Our Cambridge Concert

An impomptu offering for victims of Hurricane Katrina raised over $1200 at Friday's concert in Cambridge OH.
There was a couple there from the Salvation Army who were about to leave for Louisiana on a Continental-donated airplane to aid in the relief effort. Before the show, Karl brought them on stage and talked for a few minutes, ending with a "let's send them along with some help."
Instead of passing a basket, we passed a drum case. The people in the audience gave $1200 right there on the spur of the moment.
God bless you all for your generosity!
